This year marks a powerful milestone — 12 years of transforming lives, empowering youth, and uplifting communities across South Africa. What began as a small initiative founded by Simon and Mpho has grown into a thriving foundation that has touched thousands of lives.
Over the past 12 years, Life 4 U Foundation has:
- Empowered over 50,000 young people with practical skills like computer literacy, cashier training, driving licence support, and plumbing.
- Served more than 1.2 million meals to families in need.
- Partnered with communities to break the cycle of poverty and create opportunities for dignity and success.
Our mission remains clear: to equip people with the tools they need to build sustainable livelihoods and to ensure that every young person has the chance to thrive.

Founder’s Reflection
We started Life 4 U with a simple belief , that every young person deserves a chance to rise above poverty and unlock their true potential. Today, that belief continues to guide us as we build futures filled with dignity, opportunity, and hope. That belief fuels everything we do, from the classrooms where skills are taught, to the kitchens where meals are prepared, to the businesses where our graduates begin their journeys.
